Just wanna share a bit of thought from Word of God I read today.
Psalm 65:10 'you soften it with showers'
As I read this verse, it reminds me that many time in life I am unhappy with the rainy season. It is easier to be thankful for sunshine than rain. I complain rainy day as bad weather and praise sunny day as good weather. This verse reminds me to be thankful for the rainy season in my life. Because God sends rain to soften me, soften my heart and soften my life so I can flourish and produce more fruits.
I learn from today not just be thankful for the sunshine, but also for the rain.
I learn from today to see rainy season as a blessing and when it's rain, I will remember this verse, that God is softening me, the whole me.
As I write this email. It is raining out there and I thank God for the rain that soften the earth.
